TEACHER'S DAY CELEBRATION

Function       : Teacher's Day Celebration

                      It was the first time celebrating Teacher's day as a teacher with my Senior Staff Members.Beloved Chief guest shared his thoughts about teachers and the purity of teaching profession.We as training teachers learned a lot.

Quarterly Examination

                                     Quarterly Examination commenced on September 12,2019. I did my best to make my students face the examination with confidence.

TEACHING PRACTICE

Date : 01.08.2019
                         This was the first day of our teaching practice.On this day, I entered Avvaiyar Govt Girls Hr.Sec School,Pavurchatram  as a training teacher. The training session is for four months.

Observation Session

Date : 1.08.2019 - 14.08.2019
                             

                    During these days, I observed the Senior staff's classroom teaching and the way of handling the class. I observed 8th and 9th standard classroom.

Diagnostic Test

Date : 06.08.2019 and 08.08.2019

                        On these days I conducted Diagnostic test for 8th and 9th students to diagnose their strength and weakness.The students cooperated well.

Independence Day

Usage :
                     Beloved chief guest gave a valuable talk about Independence and the freedom struggle. He also added about the responsibility of protecting our nation.

JULY

                        On this day, we entered our second year of our B.Ed. Course. For the next 15days we were given some details and information regarding the Intensive Teaching Practice for the upcoming four months.

Summary:

               Again full portions were conducted and in that too cent percent results were taken.

Summary:

               The full portion in all 7subjects was revised for all of us. We student teacher's scored good marks and it is very helpful.

MARCH

Function: Youth Red Cross Society

Chief Guest:

Summary of function:

                                The honorable chief guest gave a lecture about the importance of YRC. We all were taught about the goodness to be done among the society. This duration was very helpful.

Summary of function:

                             On this enlighted evening a grand occasion was conducted on our campus. This is our 24th college day. Magazines were published and academic prizes were given. Various cultural activities were conducted. That session was awesome and delightful up to the end.

Summary of function:

                              On the morning glow of 9th March, all the B.Ed trainee's were separated into houses and asked to march in the ground. After that, the inaugural address by our chief guest and various sports games were conducted for the enrichment of the students. That session was very much enthusiastic for student teachers.

 Valedictory Function:

                             After having delicious lunch the valedictory function was conducted by disturbing various prizes and medals and academic prizes were given. This was very much cheerful and enjoyable.

Summary of function:

                              The honorable chief guest gave a valuable and thought-provoking note about the importance of women in society. She told us that women were the upcoming pillars of this nation. That was delightful for us.

FEBRUARY

                  INNOVATIVE SCHOOL VISIT

                  During those days, all  the Student Teachers were split into six groups and each group visited three innovative schools.

JANUARY

                                HALF-YEARLY EXAM

Date:21-28.01.2019 

Summary:       

               On those days our college conducted half yearly examination for all 7 subjects. In this, we all completed three-fourths of the portions all secured better results.

                                PONGAL DAY CELEBRATION 

Date:11.01.2019

                             January is the first month of the year and to make the whole year grateful Pongal day was celebrated in our institution. Pots were busy in making sweets. Inbetween Rangoli competition was conducted in the topic"Plastic-free zone" and water filling in the bottle competition was also conducted and Pinata was also conducted for all boys in college. We all enjoyed a lot on this day.
